Feels like a bold question but this is a typically rousing bit of eighties influenced power pop: A welcome return from Cut Copy: Love the layered vocals on the new Aly and AJ one: A bop and a mood:

Katya is doing some judging in Belgium on the side: Gorka judged on the Spanish version last year but can't see that it came back yet.

Number 4 midweek. I've given the album a couple of listens and my picks are Cheers to Me (good big pop song) and Lies (easily the most successful of the dance racket ones).

Dying For Sex on Disney. It took a couple of episodes to settle in but I was soon involved and predictably a bit broken by the last couple of episodes. It also has Rob Delaney, who I know has some fans here. Now started The Studio and Your Friends & Neighbours on Apple.

I bought the Sunflower Bean double LP. I'm enjoying it as well, though the first two singles are not really representative.

The previously vinyl only Tyrants: This should have been on the album. I guess it probably will be via a deluxe at some point.

I haven't listened to the album yet but Sister was on my Release Radar and it is typically lovely. Strange that this seems to be a more limited release, the last two albums were pretty widely available I think (especially Swimmer).

It was a tour tickets/placeholder album preorder with release date TBC thing. With Vertigo following so hot on the heels of Relentless Love you would think that an album announcement is due, unless Sophie is following the JADE model.
