Presumably they’ve been able to start selling the series abroad now it’s established- is it on the WoW app outside the UK? It could be them stumping up the cash.

I suspect they have come to some sort of arrangement with the BBC that relates to the Versus The World format. I recognise the queens were eliminating each other in series one of this too, but perhaps here they’ve promised to minimise producer meddling? That way, it is no more controversial offering prize money than on The Traitors.
