sounds a lot better than I feared

If it goes tits up, at least she’ll have her lucrative hair straighteners empire to fall back on.

will it be as iconic as PHOENIX? who knows
will it include all her failed buzz singles? hopefully yes, girl needs them stream numbers

From Official Charts:

You can't keep a good mogul down. Rita Ora has announced that her third album is officially on the way!

Following on from her 2012 debut Number 1 album ORA and its streaming-smash follow up, 2018's Phoenix, Rita completes her first trilogy of LPs with the new record You & I, slated to drop July 14.

Her first album since signing with BMG (with whom she earns all the rights to her own master recordings, we love a businesswoman), You & I follows in the footsteps of its lead single, the catchy You Only Love Me, and its latest cut - Praising You, which features a sample of Fatboy Slim's iconic 1998 hit, Praise You.

Described as the most "diacritic" project yet by the multi-hyphenate star, Rita co-wrote every track on the album, which has been executive produced by Oak Felder, who has worked with the likes of Demi Lovato, Ariana Grande and Lizzo.

The big promo drive for You & I is only just starting to, as today sees the release of Rita's latest single Praising You, featuring Fatboy Slim. The feisty pop track will be released at 5pm BST today, after recieving its inaugral debut on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 show.

the return of the EPIC CONCEPT VIDEO
Is this Reet's 'Telephone' ? or Its Raining Men?! Or even Call My Name (Dame chaz-church) :disco:

Oh this is rather rubbish. Not awful, but I feel our girl could’ve done a bit more with this :(

It doesn’t quite get there does it. The opening is actively bad so it atleast improves from there

To be fair, I quite like it, I was thinking it could have been a lot worse. The opening of the video is cringe but then she is quite cringe.

Out of nowhere, having not troubled US pop radio‘s top 50 since 2018, this was added to fifty stations last week and now has blasted in to the chart at #38.

Of all the songs to given our Reet some US chart action…Queen :disco:

I knew she was going somewhere with this track..

the verses really are hot garbage. it's a dance track. whoever thought those horrible stop-start sing-talky verses would do the trick told our Reet MANY LIES.

the rest is good though. but it's DOA on streaming.

She was never A grade but she certainly did okay, considering her very minimal US success. The three big ones from Phoenix are all 500-600 million on Spotify. Even Ritual is about to hit 400 million which seems obscene for a UK #24 or whatever hit.

the medley PERF from Eurovision SF1 was giving STAR!

Praising You goes off when it segues into the remix. very good stuff. loving the song now. :disco:

#23 on US pop radio now, her third biggest (solo - ignoring Black Widow) hit there ever on the format, one spot behind her two that peaked at #22 :o

Small victories, but that’s very random all things considered!
