So this is her new project coming (prob early) 2022

Here's what I gather:
  • May not necessarily be a traditional album per se but a filmed musical project of some sort
  • It's being released on her own label which I'm sure is nothing to worry about :eyes:
  • It incorporates new songs and new versions of old songs (like the brilliant We Belong Together thing she did)
  • Emphasis on her working with the band/songwriting process etc.
  • It's been filmed (by Tanaka?) and she wants it on a streaming service - let the bidding wars commence!
  • Brandy is likely to be involved as well as the Clark Sisters (gospel act)
Have I missed anything? ARE WE EXCITED LAMBILY

She seemed really disillusioned by the process of releasing Caution - much as we love it - releasing half the album as instant grat tracks, being rushed to finish it, etc. so I'm excited about the prospect of her luxuriating in her songwriting and studio work. We don't need hits anymore. (Would be nice though.)
 
YES to more of her songwriting process. I wanna see/hear her in action.

The celebrity guest list is practically endless.

Groundbreaking post alert: I just want to say that all I want for christmas is tying a ribbon around my soul right now. If singing is her cardio, listening is a euphoric form of cardiac arrest.
