I watched an episode of America's Next Top Model cycle 11 from 2008 last night. It featured a transgender model, and the language used felt like a generation ago.

I think I watched this series first in maybe 2014 or 2015 and I don't remember cringing a little.

I agreed with Santino when in season 5 he compared Jinkx to her. Just a shame Pandora really was poor at runway, and had the face of a pensioner.
 
Seasons 2 to 7 are being removed from Netflix UK on 30th April.
 
This is so they can put them all on their WOW subscription service, right? Such a dumb idea - I’d imagine a significant portion of their fan base came from people flicking through Netflix and giving the show a chance

I swear if they pull this shit in Australia I will... make an angry post on Moopy about it

But why if it means that you get future seasons on the app same way we do? It's very handy to wake up on Friday and not have to search for dodgy downloads.

In Australia they struck a deal with a Netflix rival and we get episodes right after they air in the US. I totally agree that the app would be much preferable to torrenting but it seems like they should be aiming for a similar streaming deal instead of asking fans to pay for a new service that essentially only exists for one show
 
Oh how disappointing that it’s coming off Netflix, it’s certainly going to be more difficult to grow viewership (assuming s8, 9 and 10 will follow at some point).

You can, but they might have an expiry date built into their licence (iTunes rentals do) which would delete them on said date anyway.

I didn't know that, but it makes sense. I rarely download anything (if ever) with iPlayer. The interface is pretty clunky on a tablet and not particularly well thought out. The only thing I'm watching on there at the moment is the Versace show, and that one doesn't allow downloads anyway :zombie:

Digital licensing rights are such a PAIN (apologies to Funky R.I.P. who would undoubtedly fire off a stiff defence of them in my direction were he still here :()
