I've had a suitably active day. The house is looking sp*ck and span, clothes, meds and facial hair are all ready for the next working week, changed the cat litter, dusted, went out for lunch and did some reading.

Now to make dinner, and chill the fuck out with Eastenders and some catch up with the likely and probably deserved decline of Mans Zermerlow.
