The Kate Bush Singles Rate: The Top 20 Countdown (Tonight at 20:45 GMT) (1 Viewer)

Ooh speaking of covers, I forgot she did this Libertines one! :disco:

How could you confuse the Libertines and the Futureheads?

Which coincidentally is the only version of this I've heard

I like Kate's better

4. Cloudbusting (1985) from Hounds of Love

Average score: 9.625
Highest score: 11 (Kate, jyxz)
Lowest score: 6 (Poor sad old funky)

The one thing I've noticed about Kate Bush, is that she seems to be a bit of a chorus sceptic. They've not really been jumping out at me. Which is a shame. But it's nice enough.

Not just screeching though, but BARKING :disco:

7/10

I think she knows she doesn't NEED a chorus to make a powerful song, to be honest

The fact that William Reichs was a total fraud and the orgone energy people were basically a weird sex cult makes this even BETTER :D

I'm much more familiar with Something Good (Utah Saints) but I like this version too. The strings are so dramatic :disco: And yet again the topic is insane
