Has anyone ever bothered this podcast? I want to love it because deep dives with Steve Lunt (A&R at Jive for four of her albums) and going into her cheesiest b-sides with Joshua Schwartz should be fascinating for a gay like me but the episodes I’ve listened to are so awfully put together I’m not sure I can manage many more.
The Madonna one above is probably one of the better ones but the host is constantly pulling himself out of the subject to ask for feedback (comment, share, subscribe) or to drop his own views and opinions into the mix (not addressed to the interviewee) that when you do comeback to the actual point of the episode you’ve zoned out of whatever they were talking about.
I swear the Joshua Schwartz episodes are one 30 minute interview drawn out over 20 episodes.
