watched the Rio show with the gays today and honestly I thought it was even better than Coachella. she sounded so strong vocally and the atmosphere was clearly another level completely. I love this show and can't WAIT to see it in the comparatively intimate confines of an arena!!!

Even though Rain On Me was a commercial and a chart success, somehow Abracadabra feels BIGGER despite what its worldwide chart positions show, it sure feels like a MOMENT, and it has firmly won its place amongst Poker Face, Bad Romance, and Born This Way when it comes to her signature hits :disco:

I'd say that's an accurate statement. Abra has been remarkably stable on streams. It's back in the top 10 in streaming 3 months after it's release, and is still increasing on US radio (it's billboard peak of no.13 doesn't tell the whole picture), and is still hanging around in many charts worldwide. A classic example of why you shouldn't just look at chart peaks - especially in 2025.
