The police round here have gone in particular hard in demonstrating that they're actively policing big groups. Students have succumbed particularly hard. Although sending police on campus seems a bit extra.
 
If Johnson announces a full lockdown for England, and the other three nations are able to avoid it, do we think he will be able to survive that or will the Tory's move to replace him? There seems to be a lot of anger already.

I doubt any change will happen during lockdown. I can't see him lasting to the next election. He is predictably fucking useless.

I think we will see most places put in Tier 3 and the occasional place put in Tier 4. She just made the point on Twitter that there may be money available to do it at the same time as England, even if it is not the ideal time to do it entirely based on Scotland's posistion.

No facemasks, no lockdowns, only recommendations. Testing capacity wasn’t good until the summer. Still no enforced self isolation for people who have been abroad or even if someone from your household has tested positive.

The positive thing however, is people mostly following the recommendation (at least they did in the spring, but have relaxed a lot since).
 
I wonder what will happen with my work, I suppose we'll move back into the red phase which is emergencies only.
 
Yeah he's annoyed it's leaked and now has to interrupt his usual Saturday schedule (:eyes: )

Otherwise he would have repeated the amazing performance of when the first lockdown ended. Wasn't that on Sunday evening or something where he told people they could(a)/should(a)/would(a) go back to work THE NEXT DAY?

I was gonna say Estonia is following Sweden’s course right now but not even self isolation? Sweden is hardcore.

I do think we will get more restrictions if numbers keep going up but we didn’t have facemasks during the last lockdown either. Right now we have an alcohol ban after midnight and some limits for public gatherings.

I just channel 2007 Britney every few weeks and shave it all off. I've been quite therapeutic in the corona era.
