Great little track. I prefer Maybe, but for this type of AC sort of thing this certainly delivers.
 
(Almost) every debut solo Spice song sounds great because there actually some effort and thought put behind them, and this one is no exception. Too bad she followed it up with Take My Breath Away; a wet turd of a song if I've heard one.
 
It's dribble, but I do think it shows off her sun-kissed voice very well. It's the peak of the Kym Marsh genre of bland strum pop - what an innovator. Sunshine would have been such an easy hit for her instead of the disco snooze Sleep Tonight. I just didn't ever get any suspicion that Bunton was any more of a music fan - the next album fully presented her as a pop star in such a manner that not any of them have matched since, so lord knows what really explains what happened next.

I love We’re Not Gonna Sleep Tonight :D Maybe her second best after Maybe, for me

Fans of this song will be pleased to know she's releasing a pink colored vinyl of her A Girl Like Me album for Record Store Day, or not.

Why wouldn’t they go for the fan favourite album instead? What a waste.
 
why is Free Me STILL not on spotify in europe? is it on in the UK? will I ever be able to stream it? :o

Free Me is a weird one - I think Maybe is available worldwide but nothing else? Assuming as that got an international single release so is on a different distribution to the full album?

For a long time the Free Me album was listed separately under “Emma” and not Emma Bunton.

I’m on the UK one and it’s there for me, though it wasn’t a few days back!
 
On this side of the Ocean, we only have the debut album on Spotify and the not so fan-favorite My Happy Place along with a Xmas song and two EPs (What I Am and Sleep Tonight). @POP! To confirm this essential piece of information as soon as he gets here.

I think Mel C has the most complete catalog on Spotify since every CD Single/EP she has released seems to be there or at least 95% of her releases are, as well as her 8 albums (with deluxe versions too). Emma and Mel B are the messiest.
