US1 is decent, with an excellent second half.

But Americans are AN AWFUL PEOPLE so you really have to adjust and get used to them.

Also Alan Cummings as a host is not a patch on Claudia.

He's clearly an actor playing a part and it's quite jarring initially

The worst thing about the American version is that the cast is stacked with reality stars, so they’re all really obnoxious and performative, plus they don’t really need the money.

It’s still decent though, if you lower your expectations.
