Sir Clive Sinclair DEAD

I was too poor to have a ZX SPECTRUM but I did get a ZX81 for Christmas after being caught shoplifting and brutally thrown in a cell, with the constable visiting my home thereafter saying DO YOU THINK YOU DESERVED THAT AFTER ALL YOU DID

YES I DO CUNT OFF, and also I WANT THE NICE THINGS I STOLE PLEASE SIR

And there we have yet another ancient anecdote to up the post count :disco:

My brother had a Spectrum and one of his school friends gave him a programme which made it generate a fart noise. After one attempt proved especially realistic and, indeed, prolonged, hilarity ensued.

Cheers, Clive.

It was on MSN yesterday that the Columbo actor had died, but they were 10 years too late in reporting it because he died in 2011.

It sounds as if he'd been ill for quite some time so it's hardly surprising he fell off the radar.

With all the talk about Speccy computers, people rarely mention the one we had which was the ZX Spectrum+. Such amazing memories, especially buying the "printer" for some reason consisting of a silver roll of receipt paper. We never used it.
