I haven't been on here in ages and this seems like an appropriate list. I've been attempting to meticulously create monthly playlists of stuff going on to Spotify each month. Stop by my profile if you want to find that and more for a bit of inspiration...

They actually sound completely normal and restrained here. Can't see it dislodging their remix of Anodyne in my own internal ranking system, or many of the tracks off SIGN from last year.

I don't really have a lot of straight up tech house like that, but when I was searching, I was reminded of this Bruise (Diesel Xpress2 and someone else) remix of PetalsInSound.

I sorted out this Ron Basejam effort a while ago: Have done a few things with Tusk Wax. They have a nice strain of deep chug.
